Dear Marty,
We know you are out there... reading this blog, catching up on your children's lives via cyberspace. I hereby issue you a public challenge: post a comment on the comment board. I know you can do it. We're all dying for it to happen.
C'mon. Make me proud...
Brandon

about your banner, (since you asked), it's a little on the dark side, it's hard to read the definition of masonology.
Agreed. It looked better prior to me uploading it. I was trying to get a shade of green that matched the tree. If I get some time, I'll play with it some more.
Now, more importantly...
Marty, where are you?
sick of scrolling down to the bottom of alaska...
is it the mountain we stood atop? i don't remember the name.
ps
i think you mean "an open 'invitation' to Marty Sorensen" not 'letter'.
but it's your blog...whatever you want...it just sounds awkward...i'm just saying...
oohh, I didn't even do it on purpose, but I said "dark side" aren't you a big star wars fan? maybe you want to be on the dark side...
Nettie,
Lo and behold, I found some time. What do you think now? too much?
Kelli (I hope you are happy as well),
It is Mt. Ben Lomond. It is the one right by our house, where our earth-bound misfit neighbor jumps from when doing his paragliding.
ooh, i like it.
how did you get that line through "letter"? clever
do you know any HTML markups?
If you put < del > in front of your text and < /del > after it, it will do that for you.
You may not want to use spaces like I did above. I had to do that to get this thing to show it properly.
wow. you guys need to find something else to do...all comments within ~1hr of each other.
so mom?....
I like the banner. It's very "Army-ish" I think it makes you look even more hardcore Brandon.
Speaking of awkward - I'm getting sweaty palms waiting for the big moment when Marty comments. C'mon, Marty, break the tension...
Jamie...
some of us don't have puppies to take care of so we have lots of time on our hands...
Okay, Brandon I'm commenting. I was going to tell you that I would comment when your mother, Kathy, comments but I will succomb to your wishes. I do love to read all the news and see all the pictures of my children and grandchildren. The pictures of Alaska are awesome. Someday we are going there. And Brandon, aren't you supposed to be working at 11:02 a.m.? What are Aaron and Kim doing today?
Martha... Marty... Mom!
This is cyber-bonding at its finest. I need to go wipe the tears from my eyes. Thank you.
p.s. Before my mom could comment, she would first need to acquire 'that Internet' in her home, which will never happen. She would rather communicate via Morse code.
hi mom! woo hoo!
you guys are not very good at blogging...
Kelli, you need to get a life.
i have a newborn baby...i dont have a life...
